I started using the cream 1 1/2 months ago. I saw visible results in the first few days. I also started intermittent fasting and besides losing weight, the cream helps specifically with cellulite. The weight I have lost doesn't justify the fact that all my pants and shorts are falling off. I have seen a huge difference in areas that have been problematic since my teenage years. The warm sensation that the cream creates in the first 20 minutes after application doesn't bother me. The slight redness is expected because it's the temperature that does the work with this specific cream. I am on my second jar and will buy a third one. I am 100% satisfied. It also leaves the skin very soft once absorbed. I don't use it immediately after showering because the moisture on the skin (no matter how much I dry off) causes small clumps and it doesn't absorb as it should. I recommend it. You will help the results if you simply reduce unhealthy eating. I don't exercise daily. I play tennis once a week. This alone definitely wouldn't have the same results. A combination of a better daily routine will definitely satisfy you in combination with the cream.

I don't know if it's effective because I immediately washed it off after the first use.
