It is a special pen that does not hold ink in a cartridge, like classic writing pens. It is handmade and carved, decorated with a feather and gives a vintage feel. With calligraphy pens, you need to constantly dip their nib into the ink contained in the package. Before writing on paper, make sure the nib is at a 45° angle for the best ink flow. Also, before you start, do some tests to see how the ink works with the nib and the paper you have. It features red ink color.

Proper maintenance instructions for the pen:
• Remove the nib from the holder when not using the pen.
• After finishing writing, clean the ink from the nib with water or alcohol, as if the ink dries, it forms a solid crust on the nib that is difficult to clean.
• If ink spills on the ring of the holder (i.e., the point that holds the nib), clean it with alcohol or water.
• Make sure the holder and nib are dry to prevent rusting.
