Echinacea helps in faster recovery from colds and common cold (nasal congestion, sneezing, chills, headache, muscle pain, sore throat). It is particularly effective in patients with weakened immune systems, enhancing the body's defense against respiratory infections as well as urinary tract infections.

Echinacea is also indicated for all forms of infections, such as:

• streptococcal throat infection
• staphylococcal infections
• recurrent fungal vaginal infections
• herpes
• bronchitis
• otitis

Dosage

• Adults: 2 sprays 2 times a day. In acute phase: 2 sprays 6 to 10 times a day.
• Children (6-12 years): 1 spray 2 times a day. In acute phase: 1 spray 6 to 10 times a day.

Spray at the back of the throat preferably after meals. Do not inhale during spraying.
