This particular supplement is very easy to take for people who can't tolerate pills. However, be careful, while waiting for it to dissolve (very quickly), do not inhale, as you will also swallow the powder and feel like choking. Never take it lying down or in a semi reclined position, as the powder goes down the wrong way. Sit still and be patient, in half a minute you will be done.
