The Elevate wrist heart rate technology allows you to monitor your heart rate without the use of a chest strap. Now you can have up to 500 songs stored directly on your watch, so you can listen to them anywhere without using a phone. It's easy to transfer music from your computer and then arrange your favorite playlist to listen to easily through compatible Bluetooth headphones (sold separately).
