Our story begins from the point where the first book of the trilogy left us, with a much more dynamic Evajeline now that she has discovered her magical power and a Jacks even more mysterious and hated after his betrayal. However, the two of them will be forced to collaborate in order to break the curses that weigh on the North and their loved ones. They will be called to open the Valory Arch to find a solution, but does everything come at a price along this journey? Through the scents of the North, colorful dresses, and magical places, Jacks and Evajeline grow closer, and magic surrounds them. But which of these is true? Let’s not forget that Jacks remains a cursed Fate. However, Evajeline believes that love conquers all. Yet the end of her story is certainly not what she expected! And now comes the point where I tell you how much I loved this book and how much it broke my heart! I mean it when I say I don't know how I will get over it
