However, through the author's life and the examples he provides, it can greatly help you understand that difficult situations, whether they are here or will come, which is inevitable, you can fight and achieve extraordinary things. The extremely difficult and unstable socio-economic environment of Goggins was an opportunity for him to change and constantly search, resulting in his efforts, although not always successful, leading him to a much better version of himself. I recommend it.

A very good and easy-to-read book personally one of my favorite books. The writing of the book is very simple so anyone can understand it. The only small negative is that it had some typographical errors, but maybe it was because it was the first books that were released (I had pre-ordered it a week before its official release). I highly recommend it, especially for someone who wants a book for self-improvement or enjoys autobiographies
