    The Leg extension attachment is incredibly uncomfortable.
    It is impossible to achieve the maximum range of motion.
    It may only be suitable for someone with very short legs.
    Overall, however, the bench is quite sturdy.
    I would have preferred to have gotten the version of the bench without bands, a leg curl pad, and the Leg Extension attachment
