    The heating levels are 2 (positions 1 and 2), the 0 that appears 2 times on the control is not a heating level. Also, the resistance inside is approximately 65x150 cm, so whatever extends up to 91x193 cm is a non-heated margin (waste). The plug of the blanket (which is detachable) is not located at the edge, but about 10 centimeters inward, which means you might accidentally step on it if you turn over and are near the edge of the bed...
