On the "negative" side, the ears sweat a little and it doesn't isolate the surrounding sound so much for you.
However, for your conversation partner, they are fantastic because they can't hear ANYTHING from the noises next to you. Kids playing, dog barking, and nothing can be heard.
It's worth buying for open office situations or for work at home with family :)
Ideal size without causing much fatigue after hours of continuous use.
