I bought this product and returned it the next day. The characteristics mentioned on the website have nothing to do with reality. The steam pressure is minimal, and the response when you ask for steam is delayed and not immediate. Great disappointment

The user manual is not as clear as I would like it to be. Otherwise, the product is excellent, especially for those transitioning from a regular iron.

The only negative thing about it is that it has a slow response from the moment you press the button until it produces steam.

Much lower than my expectations. The iron is very heavy and produces minimal steam. It's like using a regular steam iron. I wouldn't recommend it despite the positive reviews. You can find better irons for the same price.

Update:
It broke as soon as the warranty expired and they want 110€ to fix it. I bought it for 120€....

I bought it 1 year ago.
Positives:
You turn it on and in 2' it's ready to use, it irons very well and if you forget it on, it turns off in 8'.
1 month after I bought it, my pet bit the hose that carries the steam from the boiler to the iron and it leaks. However, it did not lose steam performance!
Negatives:
The old Rowenta I had was similar and equally good for ironing, but this one doesn't have a "spoon" for collecting salts. The result is that before it needs descaling, it releases salts from the plate. I didn't notice the difference when I ordered it. Of course, after I looked it up, I saw that the one with the spoon is 60-70€ more expensive.
Also, from the moment you press the button to release steam, you have to wait 3-4". It annoyed me at first, but now I'm used to it.

Perfect ironing system. It does a very good job. I was amazed at how easy the descaling process was.

Bad choice, we bought it because of the brand but it's not worth it and we returned it in three days, don't bother. It's not a steam boiler, it's a heavy iron with a water pump in the tank.
