I have been using it since the summer of 2023, when its price was around 500-550 euros, and I can say that it was a great price for what it offers. Now, after a few months, the price has skyrocketed and I have seen it go up to 1000 euros in some stores on Scroutz. I bought it for 699. Overall, even though I paid a little more, I am fully satisfied with the purchase so far. Now that I am writing this comment, I have only had it for 2 weeks and my opinion may not be very objective. However, here are the positives:
I have it stacked on top of the washing machine with a special base, it is very quiet for a dryer, much quieter than one would expect, obviously the heat pump makes a big difference in this!
Also, I have a low-ceiling bathroom since it has a loft above and it is generally small in terms of square footage, a classic bathroom in an old building in Thessaloniki. However, it never reached a point where the bathroom would boil from excessive heat that it might produce. It emits very little heat in the room to the point where you don't even realize that it actually heats the air inside the drum. Obviously, the heat pump also makes a big difference here.
Negatives:
For those who have the washing machine of the same Samsung series, know that the side view of this dryer has a slightly brighter color on the painted metal. It is not as mouse-colored as the washing machine, but it is a minor issue. Overall, it matches.After the first use, as I had not yet connected the hose to the drain, I used the water collection container it has. In one drying cycle, the container was almost full when the drum was 60% full. So, it is better to connect it to a drain so that you don't have to empty the container every time.
Also, I would prefer a few more programs. It has enough, but the washing machine of the same series has more programs. However, so far, it does an incredible job.
It has the Samsung Smart Things application on the mobile phone where you can also see the power consumption. So, this is very useful. I will come back in a few months for an update after more use!
If you find it for less than 700 euros, get it. I don't know if you will find it at a lower price. I have been searching for many months and it only goes up...

I am coming back for an update after several months of use.So far, it is perfect and has not had any issues! It doesn't have everything I would like, a few more programs to match the programs that the washing machine of the same series has, as I have both stacked on top of each other. However, in terms of usage and functionality, it is perfect and relatively quiet. Compared to my old Bosch dryer that I bought 15 years ago, the sound is completely different. Maybe it has to do with the heat pump it has. I have a small bathroom with a loft above, a classic bathroom in an old building in Thessaloniki, and the sound is incredibly low compared to the old dryer.
Also, because it is smart, I can see the consumption of both this dryer and the washing machine in the application, and it shows how much electricity they have consumed for their operation. Since I bought them, and I use them almost daily, I haven't seen any major differences in my electricity bills. Issue about 10 euros more with very intense use for a month. Obviously the pump does the job!
And finally in a small bathroom with a loft above one would expect the dryer to produce so much heat. Anything but. no relation to the old one. It does not emit heat in a huge amount, it is full at a satisfactory level in such a small bathroom space. This is one of its very positive aspects. Additionally, it has the ability within the application to adjust while the drying is finished, the drum turns every so often so that the clothes do not wrinkle or smell if you are away and late to take them out. The maximum I have been late is ten hours and the drum would turn every half hour, the clothes were normal when I took them out, no smell or anything!! Great machine for its money. If you catch it for less than 600 it's a deal.

I have had this dryer for about 1.5 years.
I had never had a dryer before, so this is my first experience.
It is worth it for everyone to make a relevant "arrangement" if they can, of course, and invest in such a dryer.
1. Initially, I have not noticed any difference in electricity consumption, and the dryer works at least 4 times a week in a program that says it takes 3+ hours, but it usually finishes faster as it adjusts the time it needs on its own (amazing function).
2. Some clothes appear slightly wrinkled, but if they are hung or folded while they are still warm, they straighten out immediately.
3. It has a program that, after it finishes, if you can't take the clothes out, it keeps them warm and rotates them to prevent them from wrinkling for an additional 2 hours.
4. It is very easy to clean.
As for the negatives:
1. In order for the WiFi feature to work, you have to activate it (it's a button) every time you want to use it. Essentially, you activate the WiFi function every time.
2. Apart from the filter inside the drum, there is another point to clean (which indicates when it needs to be cleaned) which, although easily accessible, cannot be removed to be completely cleaned. For now, it has not caused me any problems.
For me, it is the best investment I have ever made.

Owner of a 1-year-old.. I had a dryer before, but with resistances that I had bought cheaply and had increased consumption of about €400 per 4 months in electricity.. With this one, I haven't noticed any differences..
I am completely satisfied.. I use the delayed start function to run it at night when electricity is cheaper, a function (mixed clothes) that adjusts the operating time depending on the weight (1.30-2.30 hours max), a base to put washed shoes on.

The manual does not have instructions and most importantly, when we called to ask if this is possible or if it requires any extra parts, we were told that only an authorized service center can do this job (with a charge), otherwise the warranty is void!
I come back as the issue with the door is not something I want to affect the overall image of the device. Energy consumption is minimal, monitoring is done through the relevant internet application. If you are not affected by the door issue (in the end, I fixed it myself with a lot of effort of course), then it is a worthwhile purchase.
Long live Samsung.
I come back a few months later. Except for the above story with the door, the device is very economical in terms of power consumption and overall we are very satisfied with its performance.
