I have had it for 3 years, it is an excellent machine. Nothing compared to other cheaper ones. The spin function it has cleans everything. The only problem it has is that you need to be very careful when placing the gun in the base. You shouldn't push the gun towards the base by holding the handle, but you should press it from the barrel inward. I gave it to a third party and then it started leaking water from the gun. There is no replacement, you need to buy a new gun. So it requires a bit of caution, but it is a powerful pressure washer.

In the end, after five years, it gave up. From the service, they told me that to fix it, I essentially have to pay for it again. The pump got stuck and it was leaking oil, etc. The water in my area is very hard, of course, and I didn't take enough care with descalers, etc. Generally, it is no longer worth buying because it has a plastic pump while there are pressure washers with brass pumps (HD series from the same company) which they recommended to me at the official service for use with hard water.

Karcher as a company has positives and negatives; it has many service points in Greece, but its spare parts are very expensive.
