M2Y MAGNESIUM is a dietary supplement with 3 forms of chelated magnesium: glycinate, citrate, and oxide.

Support:

• In cases of magnesium deficiency
• During pregnancy
• In muscle function disorders caused by magnesium deficiency
• In the management of metabolic disorders

Recommended Dosage:

• 1-2 capsules / day

NOTE: When taking certain medications such as quinolones (antibiotics) or tetracyclines (antibiotics) or bisphosphonates (for osteoporosis), magnesium supplements should be taken 2 hours later. If you are taking calcium channel blockers (for hypertension), consult your doctor, as it may lower your blood pressure further.
