It is suitable for use wherever you would normally use regular maple syrup:

• Under 2% sugars.
• Gluten-free – suitable for celiac disease and for diabetics.
• It has only 50% of the calories compared to honey or other syrups.

The carbohydrates in Sukrin Syrup primarily consist of polyols that are absorbed slowly by the body, without causing an increase in blood glucose.
