Thanks to the carefully designed safety features, you will have peace of mind while cooking. The pressure cooker can start fast cooking only when the lid is sealed and locked. The operating valve regulates the pressure. If the steam outlet is blocked, the safety valve takes action, while ultimately the deformation of the gasket guarantees safety. Finally, the opening handle can operate only when the pressure cooker is not under pressure.
