Indeed a good construction, easy and practical. Very good feel and adjustment on the trace of the spraying left by the nozzle. Advice from a professional in the field before I bought it was to empty the air at the end of each use so that the container does not remain pressurized. This way, the seals are not stressed and last longer. Otherwise, the manufacturer's maintenance instructions apply.
Bought 3 years ago to spray for cockroaches. Every time I sprayed, I rinsed it, let it dry, and stored it. It never saw the sun. The positive is that with 10 presses you were ready to spray. This year the pressure relief valve broke. Cost of the sprayer 3 years ago was €28. Cost of the valve €14.50!!! (https://www.skroutz.gr/s/49420701/Gloria-VALVIDA-EXAEROSIS-GLORIA-5-8L.html) Throwing it away and buying a cheap sprayer. The cheap one (€10-€15) will last 2-3 years and then buy another. And the branded one lasted 3 years.
I have had it for 3 years and have used it twice. The reason is that I want to use it to spray the balconies of the house with organic pesticide for mosquitoes, once a year at the beginning of summer. This year, when I tried to use it, the nozzle in front is clogged, resulting in improper spraying (CAUTION, I always cleaned it well and stored it in the house in the storage room) cost 17€ because it comes in a set.
And also, the top part has broken from the inside of the container, the valve on the side to release the air from the container if needed. Can someone tell me how this happened? Not even a day in the sun, very good cleaning every time, and used only twice....... Valve cost 13€.
Four years ago, I bought a 1-liter sprayer from the same COMPANY, for cleaning the kitchen counter with vinegar, within 2 months the nozzle and the spraying system were damaged, and when replaced due to warranty, the same thing happened. Serious company. Just not for me, I used my brain and saw the company for what it is.
The pressure piston has rusted in 5 years and became useless with very little use. For the money it costs, I believed the piston would be stainless steel (a tube with a diameter of about 1 cm and a length of 40 cm)
The best thing for a 5-liter sprayer. The plastic is thick and very high quality. It's worth its money and more. I have had it for 3 years now and I use it almost every day.
