The Franke company's vent hood is installed in a cabinet, and only the part of the hood that contains the filters slides out.

The maximum suction power is 190 m³/h, which can adequately cover spaces up to 6 square meters (with a height of 2.85 meters).

The air drawn by the hood is either expelled through a duct or recirculated within the hood. For operation with air extraction, a duct needs to be installed to expel the air outside the kitchen. It uses metal filters, which can be removed and washed in the dishwasher or by hand. Additionally, they do not need frequent replacement.
