The BLACKROLL® LOOP BAND (32 cm) is designed for exercising smaller movement chains for better muscle stabilization and reduced risk of injuries. It is made from natural rubber with a skin-friendly texture, providing a pleasant workout without unwanted effects during skin friction.

Available in six different hardness levels:

• Yellow – very soft
• Orange – soft
• Red - soft to medium
• Green – medium
• Blue – hard
• Black - very hard

General exercise instructions:

• Check the BLACKROLL® BANDS for damage before each use and only use them if in excellent condition.
• Start with lower resistance until you learn the exercises.
• Breathe calmly and regularly during the workout.
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel any form of pain.
• In case of injuries, consult your doctor or therapist before starting the exercise program.
