In the same blanket, I would easily give it 5 stars.

One star is for the service of the blanket. And it's a shame to lose points because of the service. But what can you do with a wonderful product when the service is disappointing at least?

After two years of using Imetec, I bought a Rohnson for half the price. The reason? The delay in service. I live in a mountainous area and the blanket is a must-have. The Rohnson's controller is light years better than Imetec's. Imetec heats up faster, but beyond that, the performance is the same. Imetec proved to be reliable, as the only problem it presented was something insignificant with the controllers after 2 winters. However, I can't say the same about the service, which bothered me until they informed me that... they cleaned the controllers instead of replacing them, even though it was within warranty. The conclusion is that in the future, I will buy the cheaper branded product again, and if the service proves to be unreliable, I will buy a new one without much worry. The conclusions are up to you.
