  I place the evaluation after two weeks of systematic use, during which I managed to completely detach myself from the nasal spray that I had been using regularly for four years, on a daily basis, multiple times a day.
  I achieved this in a few days and now I am completely free and I do one wash a day to maintain the feeling of hydration and cleanliness. Gradually, I will use it less frequently, simply because I won't need it as much. I observe the progress and I am very happy that I found it.
  The design of the bottle is fantastic. The only thing I would change is the size of the straw, which is slightly smaller than it should be to extract the entire quantity. Otherwise, everything is fantastic! With nasal washes and sinus massages, you are completely relieved of congestion and discomfort.

  EDIT for those who have become addicted and want to detach themselves from a nasal decongestant:

  I want to add, for those who have become addicted to a nasal spray like me, that even though I have a cold and all I need is nasal washes. I sleep and wake up carefree.
  The nasal sprays themselves, if used for a prolonged period of time, cause discomfort which then "calms down" for a while. They don't actually help. I never breathed well as long as I used it. It was also always on the nightstand, in the living room, in my bag, and if it was missing from somewhere, I couldn't function.
  For the discontinuation, I used the washes in combination with the use of the children's nasal decongestant with a dropper, so that I could determine the amount of the medication. I would put less than a drop when I was congested, almost just inhaling it, and then I would do my wash. I could repeat 1 or 2 more drops during the rest of the day if I felt discomfort. Within 3-4 days, I had gradually stopped needing the medication completely and within 2 weeks, I was sure I wouldn't use it again.
