The Pegasus® W-359 Weight Bench is ideal for performing traditional exercises with dumbbells and bars, providing an intense full-body workout. The ability to adjust to a flat or inclined position allows for the execution of exercise variations for all major muscle groups.

  • Bicep Pad: Integrated and adjustable in 2 positions, it offers the possibility of effectively performing Bicep exercises using either dumbbells or a bar.
  • Leg Extensions: Leg Extension function with cylindrical, foam padding and a sleeve compatible with weight plates Ø28.
  • Upright Adjustment: The two Uprights can be adjusted vertically in 4 positions.

    Wow, I really like this product! It's good quality, very strong and sturdy bench!
    The parts were packed neatly and the screws were organised and labeled which made the assembly very easy. It only took one person, me, a female 59 year old a little under two hours to put together.
    Very pleased. Tonight I add the weights and start my workout!
