HydroProtein 80 is produced using CFM (cross-flow microfiltration) & ultra-filtration technology, which ensures that the whey protein remains intact and pure, while almost completely removing fats, carbohydrates, and other non-protein elements contained in milk.

During the production process, microbial enzymes are added, which through hydrolysis, reduce lactose (lactose < 0.15%).
