The Naoumidis family produces products exclusively from the local varieties of peppers, using a handmade method. Specifically, in Agios Panteleimon of Florina Prefecture, fifty hectares of red peppers are grown, which they process and package. They maintain their own nursery to ensure the quality and authenticity of this particular variety.

The mustopepper is a raw fresh pepper stuffed with cabbage, celery, carrot, and garlic, matured in a mixture of vinegar and grape must. The remaining products include tomato pepper, small hot pepper, sun-dried pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
