Unacceptable.. at the 2nd finger, you made noise while removing my semi-permanent, it stopped and started again. I sent it back, SUPPOSEDLY they said it had nothing wrong and that it was overheating. They sent it back to me again. I tried it again and at the 4th finger, the same thing happened again. I told them I want my money back and they gave me a runaround. They don’t answer the phone no matter how much you try..
