Coriander belongs to the category of aromatic plants that have been used by humans since ancient times. It is a plant that resembles parsley and is used for both its fresh leaves and its seeds.

It originates from Western Asia and North Africa. It has been used as a seasoning since antiquity and is cultivated all over the world. Its fresh leaves have a strong aroma and citrusy flavor. Its scent is spicy and pleasant.
