It has eight (8) pockets for gels, which are very stable and neither the gels nor the bars fall out at all. The bib number holder is excellent and has three positions (cords) to stabilize it.
However, it has a very serious disadvantage. When you load it with gels and it gets heavy, even though you adjust it to your waist size and at first it is stable, after a while it loosens and moves up and down while you run, resulting in it becoming very annoying.
To prevent it from bouncing, you have to tie a knot with the excess straps inside.
I believe they should have foreseen a way to avoid this major issue.
