  It does a good job at home, it is a bit noisy but not to the extent of a regular vacuum cleaner. I only have a little problem with the maps, the house has a strange layout where one area has 2 entrances and I want to isolate it but the app doesn't let me put 2 dividers at the same time and when I put only 1 it gives an error, it should let me put 1 and then put a 2nd and save it. So now I can't tell it to just do the kitchen but it will go to do the kitchen and living room together.

  I bought a Roborock Q8 MAX which arrived defective, I plugged it in to charge and it wouldn't charge. I spoke with the seller, I spoke with the company itself, they sent me instructions and I sent them back videos of its failure. In short, we concluded that it is defective and I am sending it back for warranty.

  A couple of months of waiting!!!!!!!! Two months without a vacuum and minus 300 euros!!!!! While I was emailing the company every other day, they didn't even know where my vacuum was, the seller had to push them and we got a refund. Thankfully, the seller was interested and took action on the issue, he lost the sale but justified me, his customer.

  However, I don't know if the others will be so lucky. The guys are so clueless that they had taken the vacuum for repair and a month later, while I was in communication with them, they told me to ask my seller to tell me where the vacuum is.

  I do not recommend either the vacuum or the company

However, in order to clean the surface well, I first have it sweep and then mop and vacuum. We have a 120 sqm house and it easily cleans it twice. Now as for mopping, nothing special that the mother-in-law sees, but if the cloth is not clean it leaves marks of "dirt" plus the water tank is too small to cover a "medium house" e.g. 90sqm! At full power as a Max+ vacuum cleaner, the battery lasts for only one pass in 90sqm! Not tested on shaggy carpets! Overall, very good

  As an electric vacuum cleaner, it does a very good job. I like that it starts on its own. Fully adjustable with voice commands on iPhone. Very good at detecting obstacles and overall, it even reaches the corners of the house. Be careful not to have tassels or nets because it will get caught. For the 60 euros that I bought it, it is very good. You can send it to each room separately. It is my first robotic vacuum cleaner, so I have no other point of comparison. The mopping is generally not mopping but a cloth that passes and collects fine dust. There are probably other models for 1000 euros that do much better mopping. If you mainly want it for mopping, don't get it. If you want something economical that is a very good electric vacuum cleaner, then yes.

  Incredible vacuum cleaner. The roborock application is worth every penny. It does everything. I haven't tried mopping yet because I have carpets, but it does a great job at vacuuming so far. I use it every day and each time the dustbin fills up halfway. It doesn't get stuck on carpets or tassels. However, make sure your house is somewhat tidy because it can get tangled in small objects or charger cables. With the application, you can literally command it to do anything. It has room mapping, where it will vacuum and mop, an option for deep carpet cleaning, and on the map, you can specify the type of flooring, furniture, and exactly where you have carpets for it to automatically start the Deep Clean mode. It also has operating time and shutdown time settings, motion sensitivity and object contact sensitivity options, and many more features. The battery lasts for two cleanings in an 80 sqm area in balanced mode, but if you have it permanently on turbo or max, it won't last as long. The 300 sqm it claims to withstand is for balanced or quiet mode. However, what I liked is that it has two cleaning options, the regular one that cleans the entire house from edge to edge, and the quick one that cleans what the "mother-in-law" sees. It is definitely worth the price.
