The design of the 5000 series is minimal and contemporary, with its sleek lines leaning towards the refined form of the latest Concept series. The front panels of the cabinet are lined with a layer of butyl rubber and black acrylic trim, providing a non-slip surface to reduce the vibration that occurs on the front panel.

At the heart of the mid/bass driver's design is the C3 Continuous Curved Cone. The cone's geometry requires good mechanical power for optimal performance, resulting in a 50% increase in power handling and control. The high-frequency driver's design is hermetically sealed and mechanically isolated from the front panel to avoid internal pressure fluctuations.
