Basically, I can't comment on the device, as soon as I bought it, it had a problem (this can happen with any device). The response from the dealership was unacceptable; they were informed that the device had a problem, requested to examine it, I took it after two working days, and ten days later I had no response. In the meantime, they asked for some details, and we communicated via Viber. I sent them a message, they saw it, and did not respond again. When I called them on the 12th day, the response was yes, we saw the message, I don't know why we didn't respond. When I asked what was happening with the machine, they said that the check takes 14 working days. When I told them that they hadn't informed me, the response from a lady was that if you had spoken with me, I would have told you, and you haven't spoken with me, as I can see. That’s where my patience ended; I picked up the machine, took it back to the store, and got my money back. Thank you very much; I personally do not consider such support "support"..... I would give -10 stars if there were an option.
