With this card, you activate an annual subscription for PS Plus, which is Sony's online service. In addition to playing online, you will be able to download free games given to Plus subscribers every month.
Can I play online games with this card?
Yes, this card is a three-month subscription to PS Plus, Sony's online service.
Note: If you have a PS3, you can play online for free without purchasing a PS Plus package. You can, of course, receive the free games that Sony offers to PS Plus subscribers every month.
Do I need to have PayPal or a credit card linked to get the service?
You don't need to use a credit card or PayPal. When you purchase the PlayStation Plus Prepaid Card, you will find a code inside that you will enter into PSN, and the PS Plus subscription will be activated for 365 days.

In the case that someone is a fan or at least enjoys online gaming with other users, then the choice is definitely a one-way street. Among the additional positives is the fact that the cardholder has access to privileges that involve discounts on games and additional storage space.
It doesn't need many words, just to share the knowledge that more people have, that is, it is a shame to buy it at full price (unless you are forced to) since specific times of the year like Christmas, Halloween, and sometimes around Easter, ours goes on sale with the well-known discount.
Okay, the packaging was fine. Activation had no issues and you save around 7-8 euros compared to buying online. I give it 3 stars because you have to pay to play online on a device that, in my opinion, is primarily intended for online gaming.
It is worth it as long as you have an active subscription. Without the card, you don't have access to the games you have downloaded for free through it. I buy it every year during the black Friday period for 40€. It's worth it!
At first, it's annoying to be told that you have to pay to play online. But here comes the "but." The free games they give throughout the year, some you wouldn't even download, some are amazing games. Last year, they gave Bioshock collection, Uncharted Collection + 4, 2K20, Tomb Raider, Star Wars Battlefront, Call Of Duty WWII, and many others. Just the fact that they give you the opportunity to play for free some games that would cost you around 100 euros is worth it.
The cloud they provide is very important, as well as the extra discounts on the PS Store.
Tip: The annual subscription is available at least twice a year for 45 euros, so buy it then. Even if you think about it, it doesn't even cost 4 euros per month.
1) It gives you the ability for multiplayer. Sony requires you to have a PS Plus connection to play the multiplayer part of games (something similar exists for Xbox, but not for PC).
2) It gives you 2 games per month. The games it gives are almost always games that have been released in the best 6 months up to 3 years ago. Which in most cases means that if you were interested in the game, you would have bought it at a discount for 5-15 euros.
3) It gives you online backup storage for your saved games (100GB). This also gives you the ability, if you want, to easily play your game on another PS4 in another house.
4) Some extra discounts in the PS store for PS Plus subscribers.
If you want to play online, it is the only way, it doesn't make sense to discuss whether it is worth it or not.
For the case that you don't play online, at the regular price of 60 euros, it is only worth it if you don't buy any games at all, not even during discounts, and you wait for PS Plus to give you games to play.
I have had PS Plus since the time it gave games for PS Vita, PS3, and PS4, I had all three systems and I didn't get any games for PS Vita (except for exceptions) and PS3. The only reason I have kept it is because if I stop it, I lose access to all the games I have collected over the years + the online storage for Saved games
I believe that PSPlus is worth it because it offers you the opportunity to make use of your games online, it also has free titles every month, most likely within a month the Playstation has returned the amount you spent with games. However, if your card expires, you cannot play the games that have been given to you, you have them but they cannot be played, they are locked
I bought the card at the end of May for 42 euros. Every month, 2 games are given as a gift for download, which means 24 games per year. Also, with your subscription, you have the ability for multiplayer online. VFM
