Bad purchase. I prefer to pay a little more and get the Metal I wanted something for the holidays that doesn't have sulfate, but this really confuses my hair, which feels like a tangled mess when rinsing, like dreadlocks, and definitely needs conditioner.

  Disappointing purchase. It didn't suit my hair. I bought it because of the keratin and because it doesn't contain SLS and parabens. However, while I expected it to moisturize my hair, it leaves it dry like straw. The hair becomes dull, but I think that's because it doesn't contain SLS. I also use the conditioner from the same line, which makes my hair soft, but I'm still not satisfied as it leaves a greasiness on the scalp and I have to wash it every two days.

  I think it is one of the worst professional products I have ever bought. It doesn't help at all with frizz or hydration. Having damaged hair, I needed something with deep hydration. Unfortunately, this particular product does not deliver on its promises. I would not buy it again.

  I was not satisfied with the product because it does not deliver everything that the product description promises. Firstly, I should mention that I have curly hair that tends to frizz, and I wanted something to hydrate them so they wouldn't "fly away," as well as a shampoo that cleans well. The problem is that when I washed my hair, it required at least two washes and still felt oily afterwards. The only solution was to rinse them very, very well. It felt like the product weighed my hair down. Maybe it is meant for once a week use instead of every day like I was using it.   Well, once I had curly hair, until I started bleaching it 3 years ago to make it gray. I have done about 8-9 bleaching treatments, as you can understand, the curls are gone and the hair is almost gone too, weak, full of split ends, with hair breaking and my ponytail looked like a broom. I have tried everything available in the supermarket, creams, oils, shampoos, etc., and also several professional products, but they all made my hair greasy from the next day and didn't work. I bought the whole range of this product and from the first use, I noticed a difference... The breakage of the hair was dramatically reduced, the hair looks healthier, it cleans thoroughly, and of course, my hair doesn't get greasy at least until the 3rd day (I didn't leave it unwashed for longer). Also, with a simple blow-dry, my hair looks like it was done at a salon!!! It worked well for me, but my friend, who told me she bought the same product a year ago, didn't like it at all, but I'm sure she did something wrong!

  Out of the countless shampoos I have tried, this is one of the best! I had extremely dry hair, especially at the ends, which needed a trim of at least three fingers. I also had hair loss with very weak ends that would break easily. I decided to try this shampoo because it is professional and economical, and I was amazed! It cleans deeply no matter how oily the hair is, with just two hands and a normal amount. It leaves the hair squeaky clean without causing any dryness at all! It gives incredible shine to the hair and truly repairs the hair shaft with regular use. Within two months of using it, my hair loss stopped, the ends became much stronger, and my hair grew incredibly long! Don't expect a typical shampoo that is full of oils and silicones that temporarily make the hair soft but don't actually repair it. This shampoo's job is to clean deeply, nourish, and repair the hair from root to tip (as it is intended to do). So yes, when you rinse it out, it doesn't leave the hair soft like we imagine, but that's what masks and conditioners are for. However, you will notice the opposite effect when you dry your hair with a blow dryer or even on a daily basis – it will have structure and a silky texture! Of course, I use it with a good mask, the corresponding conditioner, and the Chi Keratin and Keratin Silk treatments, which I use in small amounts daily!
