Nice in appearance, quite convincing. The whole arm moves with 3 locks and the "tower" also rotates. The tracks are rubber and provide a little resistance, but they rotate. The arm is plastic, I don't know how much wear and tear it could withstand. I can't tell if the main body is metal or hard plastic. Definitely good for decoration.
