  This review is about the colour: Gray

  Coming from the previous model go and play mini

  It has hidden modes that are not mentioned in the instructions and there isn’t even an app to easily activate/deactivate them from your phone. Instead, you have to press 2 buttons simultaneously to change the treble and bass to your preference. I consider it tragic from such a high-quality company (!!!!???)

  Bluetooth and - at the same time = you change the 3 modes for the bass

  + and the icon on the right (phone) at the same time = you change the 3 modes for the treble

  Also, to reset, hold the + and Bluetooth buttons for a few seconds.

  Build quality is at rock bottom. Nothing rattles no matter how much bass you add. Sound is clear as it should be, depending on the mode you choose. Bass... For the €280, I am EXTREMELY satisfied. It doesn’t shake your insides like, for example, being in a club in front of the speaker, but it makes you want to move without having the desire to move! I would describe it as uplifting, which of course makes you smile at every bit!!

  When I manage to find the boombox 3 (which I was also considering between these 2), I will provide an update.

  As for the downsides, I would mention the buttons, as they are not pressure-sensitive but touch-sensitive, they have no lighting at night and you need light to press the minus or plus for volume adjustment or the other buttons, which makes it extremely difficult to use when there is insufficient lighting! Whereas with the other one before, for example, when I had it a bit higher than my line of sight, I would raise my hand, feel the - and press it.

  Elegant, however, quality, beautiful, efficient. I went back to Harman Kardon after 3 and a half years of flawless product (go and play mini) and I did not come out at a loss!

  I believe it is top in this price range!!!

  Okay, whatever I say about this speaker is little. Incredible bass that you feel hitting your chest, enough volume, and of course impeccable sound quality as Harman has accustomed us. The only negative is the battery, which lasts around 8 hours [at normal volume] and around 2 hours at full volume. I highly recommend it, and if you're concerned about the battery issue, just get a power bank and you're good to go.
