It has a very good safety mouthpiece that does not spill liquid and keeps the content cool for only one to two hours.
Attention to the dishwasher. Up to 30° temperature.

After a year of minimal use, it blackens inside every time I put an isotonic drink.
It does not clean easily at all.

I do not recommend it in any case for what it is intended for.
