  I have been suffering from insomnia for years. Every day I struggled both to fall asleep and woke up during the night. On average, it took me 2 hours to fall asleep, and in the 7-8 hours I was in bed, I woke up 5-6 times.

  Initially, I had tried the gummies from the most well-known company in Greece, not believing for a second that they could solve my problem. And yet! They did. Within an hour, I could fall asleep a little more easily and without waking up at night.

  However, they were very expensive, and that's why I decided to try these specific ones. Much easier to swallow (important for me since I take them after I lie down) and a more pleasant taste. At a price of less than 1/3 per gummy, compared to what I was taking. The most important thing, though, is that they work much faster (15-20 minutes) and are more effective. Even with 5 hours of sleep, if one day I happen not to have time to sleep more due to work, it is so continuous and good that the next day I wake up refreshed. And of course, it does not cause drowsiness the next day. It obviously causes it a little after you take it, but that is its job.

  On weekends when I don't work the next day, there is no reason for me to take it, so I set it aside. Therefore, it is in no way addictive.

  I highly recommend it; it truly does its job perfectly, and I will never change it.

  I have bought melatonin gummies from another company months ago and they worked just fine. Now, when I decided to buy again, I saw that this company has double the number of gummies for the same price. I have been using them for a week now and they are very good, I have not noticed any difference compared to the equivalent ones from the other company I had bought last time, which were ultimately more expensive. Moreover, they have the same amount of melatonin per gummy and they even have more herbal relaxants and anti-stress ingredients.
