We use this for our baby who caught a virus. As it goes through its cycle, this suction device has saved us. We basically wanted something that ensures the saline solution effectively removes mucus without the baby swallowing it or choking, and without being shocked. We reuse it - only for the baby - and we use cotton as replacements. In case it needs cleaning, that is at the end of the day or if it gets full, we rinse it with water from the kettle and let it dry. Overall, we rate it 7/10 because we find the replacement sponges very few. But it is the quick solution since I can't find a product that is a container where the user puts as much saline solution as they want and presses it to the child's nose with whatever amount is needed until all the yellow stuff comes out. I wouldn't buy it again because there are very convenient bottles with a narrow neck specially for infants that work with 1 motion and result!

The pediatrician recommended it to me. At first, I mocked it, but with a little serum, it does an amazing job on the little one's nose.

It has the cost of replacement parts, but instead of getting something else that you sterilize and after a while it doesn't work properly, this is better

I do not have experience with a similar product from another company, our pediatrician recommended it and it does what it promises. It helps if initially used with normal saline. I would prefer if the replacement parts were not disposable. I do not risk washing or sterilizing them to reuse them, even if the filter is not dirty, as the company does not recommend it. Be careful with the suction power... it does not need excessive force because it can cause problems for the baby.

I have no comparison measure compared to others. So far, in the 2 years we have been using it, it was okay. However, mucus passes through the inner side despite the filter (and we even changed the device in case it was an issue with the first one we had, but the same thing happens with the second one) and I have to say that today mucus came into my mouth. Sorry for the disgust, I hope you weren't eating.

Apart from the fact that it had no results, it made the child's nose bleed from the supposed soft tubes! Completely useless unlike physiomer!

As a supplement, it is the best. On its own, it doesn't do much if the nose is blocked.

Personally, I take the sponge out of the replacement and put it all the way down in the device so that if the baby has a lot of mucus, it doesn't clog the entire filter but doesn't pass through the tube either. Then I wash it and many times the sponge doesn't get dirty, so you don't waste the replacement. Try it. It's worth it.

It is our right hand both in case of infections and for simple everyday use. A product that parents must have from the very beginning, when packing their suitcase for the maternity ward. Without it, the child cannot breathe in many cases! Painless and effective. If the child cooperates and you do it properly, it's like a game. The cost is small compared to the result! A great discovery!

3 stars because you have to buy replacements for every use. And for those of us who use it 2-3 times a day, it's very expensive. It should have sterilizable and reusable tips

Luckily, the child sees it as a game and puts it in his nose by himself, while I suck from the other side. It has so much mucus that I wouldn't say it took much effort to see results. It immediately relieves the child, with a pleasant process for us. I regret not buying it earlier.

I don't know if we didn't use it correctly or if we used too much force as mentioned in the comments, but it is very difficult to suck out the baby's mucus and it never seems to fully clear her nose, even temporarily (12 months old). Also, it seems to irritate her little nose a bit. When she was younger, I used the Chicco one and it did a better job. Unfortunately, all pharmacies have these for some reason. I won't buy it again.

It does the job, you just need to suck with great force.
We also have the pump that does the same job, but this is much better, our pump is useless.
First, we put a single-use ampoule in each nostril, then we use this machine to suck, and that way the baby breathes.

Cleaning your baby's nose is not the easiest thing to do. Generally, with this nasal decongestant, after using saline solution, we have satisfactory results. I haven't tried any other product, but this specific one is user-friendly.

I was not satisfied at all. Compared to another company I had before, it has no results at all. And the worst part is that every time I used it, it would hurt my baby's nose.

I think it is the best thing out there. My little one is 4.5 months old and we have been using it almost since birth, every day. At first, she used to cry because we didn't know how to use it correctly... Now she just finds it like a game and laughs.

Personally, I bought it at its regular price (11€) and I think it was quite expensive. It could have been better.

It is not the best at the moment, but it helps us a lot when the little nose gets blocked because with the term alone, not all the boogers are cleaned as it cannot blow its nose yet.

At first, it didn't catch my eye even though it was recommended to me by the pediatrician! I relied on the serum, just like I did with my first child, but I still heard the baby struggling to breathe, so I bought it... By applying the serum first and using this device, the baby breathes again! It requires a little more respiratory power from us than what is stated on the packaging in order to clear the mucus, but once you understand how it works, it's perfect!

Unacceptable. When the child has a lot of mucus, the replacement gets clogged with the first use. Once, I needed a box of replacements in one day to clean my child's nose. Additionally, the storage packaging is very cheap, mine broke within a week and the nozzle that goes into the nostril is not as soft and blunt.

It was the first one I bought and I didn't regret it for a moment! Combined with a normal term, it works wonders. It requires several applications to have an effect and in combination with a normal serum a few minutes before. It is more expensive than other similar products with equally expensive replacements.
