The support from Skrutz point is disappointing, the slot gets blocked and you risk losing the package, and God help you from the support...

I won't say that I went crazy either, I have changed quite a few razors and it impresses me that it takes quite a few passes to achieve a satisfactory shave to the point that it becomes tiring.

Very convenient for shaving. Better shaving quality compared to a similar one from the xiaomi family (Enchen) that I was using until now. It cleans very easily due to its detachable head. The battery lasts definitely a week.

I used to have a Xiaomi shaver and I was quite satisfied! I wanted to buy a Philips one, but they are much more expensive and I didn't have enough money. So I settled for this one, which is at least somewhat well-known!

The machine was tested on 5-day old and very tough beards. It did well without many passes! These machines are not really meant for beards of that length, but it still did a good job cutting them! When I shave them now (they grow fast and are very tough) every 2 days, I believe the result will be great! The closeness of the shave was what I wanted (of course, it doesn't compare to a Gillette razor and against the grain shaving)!
As a shaver, it glides very nicely and softly on the skin and you don't feel like it's sticking... and struggling with movements...! This is due partly to the machine, and partly to the wet shaving I do! Absolutely no irritation.
I gave it 4 stars because the head is detachable, not with a button/spring, and I'm a bit afraid it might break. In another Chinese one I had, the attachment was magnetic and easier!

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the purchase and time will tell its durability! I would recommend it for purchase because it is cheap and good compared to the competition that has more expensive models.
