Very good coffee maker for people who either don't know about ratios and types of coffee or just want a coffee that is ready with three moves and has a medium to good result. It is an ideal gift for parents who drink Greek or instant coffee
For two months now it has been working perfectly. No problems with capsules from other manufacturers. Heats up quickly. Noise is normal like all of them.

Simple, straightforward, and effective. You put in a capsule, press a button, it goes like crazy for a few seconds which is somewhat stressful, then it stops and you have coffee. Also, with a quick call to Nespresso, the purchase receipt, and the machine's serial number, you get a gift of 60 capsules if you make an order of 25 euros from their site (I did the math, it's totally worth it) I highly recommend it 9/10 for the alien noises.
Affordable and gets the job done, I don't know about durability, all have issues with coffee residue at the spout, so it's good to run a little water through it after each coffee to rinse it out.
The coffee machine arrived promptly via skroutz, along with a box of capsules (samples with different flavors). The price I paid was €77.89.
Today I made my first lungo with a capsule from another manufacturer (which my previous coffee machine used to ruin). The coffee was very flavorful and had a crema of about 1 centimeter.
The preheating was very quick and the sound tolerable, like the other coffee machines I had in the past. Besides, if there is no sound, how do you feel that you are making coffee?
As for the design, very beautiful, lightweight, and compact.
It became my favorite! I started drinking this type of coffee thanks to this café. I like that it is small and works with capsules from many companies.
Very fast machine, preheats in just a few seconds. The coffee it produces in a single dose is 40-50ml and makes a satisfactory crema for a machine of this type. Overall, it's great for the money, the quality of the coffee you get is always proportional to the quality of the water and coffee capsule you use. My water comes from a super reverse osmosis filter, don't underestimate your water, it makes a big difference and ideally, you want the lowest possible conductivity, so your water is as neutral in taste as possible. Really, the quality of the water comes first and then that of the capsule.
I have an older model from another company, perfect. This machine must be the worst there is, it makes one capsule out of ten, to get it right you have to be a magician

It is not particularly noisy.
It is very beautiful, and it adjusts easily.
The store I bought it from through Skroutz did not help me when there was a mistake in the adjustment. Nespresso helped me resolve the issue over the phone in 10 minutes.
I would buy it again!

First coffee maker, so I don't have much experience to compare, but it does the job just fine.
I don't give it 5 stars because it has the worst instructions I've ever seen, they make no sense at all, and also because 1 out of 15 capsules I put in won't run easily, and instead of coffee flowing, it drips coffee. It's not from one brand; it has done this with various capsule brands.

The coffee maker is just fine. Also, because until a few years ago you were drinking sweet frappé with milk, relax a bit with the reviews because they border on the ridiculous. Regarding the issue of noise specifically, which many mention as if it were a Chinese torture, I have news for you: there is no machine that doesn't make noise. If it doesn't make noise, you should be worried.
Simply perfect! I got it for my husband and I started drinking coffee too because the aroma is wonderful. It requires care, cleanliness, etc., and the noise it makes is quite loud.
Perfect machine. Great usage. My son has had it for over 2 years with heavy use and is very satisfied. That's why I bought it too, but unfortunately, I put it in a rental where for the first 4 months it worked perfectly, but then it started to jam the capsules. Out of 4 capsules, one will pierce correctly. I am sure the guests mishandled it. I sent it for service, waiting for their news. It's definitely not the machine's fault.
I bought it as a gift. I have it for six years, immortal, perfect coffee!! For cleaning, if I see that it makes a lot of noise, once a year I buy a special cleaning liquid from Nespresso and do a wash and everything is fine.

I have had it for a year. I read comments like it makes noise, it doesn't make good coffee, etc. It does make noise, which lasts for 10 seconds, exactly the time it takes to make the coffee. The coffee is decent. Now, if you expect to drink coffee comparable to the ones made by espresso machines worth thousands of euros, buy a similar one.
In 3 1/2 months of use (Daily 4-6 single coffees - WARNING: makes single dose espresso or lungo):
Positives
+ Heats up quickly
+ Makes decent coffee
+ Size
+ Water tank has enough space
Negatives
- Very noisy
- Tank seems fragile
*Before and after use, I let some hot water run to clean.
**Use filtered water.
Over three to now years of use with four daily coffees and excellent coffee quality. It continues to produce the same quality of coffee as the first day flawlessly!!!!
Five stars!!!

Better prefer the Essenza Mini, although it has a smaller bin for storing used capsules, it is much quieter than the Inissia. That was the only reason I stopped using it, otherwise it is a good machine with many capsule options.

Very good machine. I got it for the shop and I have been satisfied after a month of having it. I had a little trouble at first putting in the capsules but I got used to it. The only negative is that it makes A LOT of noise. I have a semi-professional one at home and before this one, I had the Illy Iperespresso Y3.1 (or 2, I don't remember, the one with the on/off on the side) in the shop, and none made such noise. For home, due to the noise, I wouldn't buy it. It competes with the alarm clock.
As for comparing this with the Illy, the Illy makes better coffee but the capsules are more expensive and not eco-friendly with so much plastic. This one makes decent coffee and has many more options. You can also find deals on the capsules while Illy doesn't have that as much. The lungo I'm drinking now is a bit watery but drinkable.
18/09/24 After almost a year of daily use, it has proven to be a beast.

I bought it about 7 years ago on sale from Nespresso for around €60. I have used it almost every day and have descaled it 2-3 times over the years, and it still works! For me, it is definitely worth it and more! Even if it breaks tomorrow morning, my opinion about the experience with this product won't change!

A defective piece of garbage for 80,90€ with unclear instructions, problematic circuit boards & buttons to have a coffee, time-consuming return procedures (not replacement) and money refund. Wasted time!

Attention when placing the capsules in the coffee machine, they do not sit correctly in the slot many times, resulting in them getting crushed when closing

After a year of daily and uninterrupted use, I can say that it is a very good choice for the money.
On the positive side: it heats up relatively quickly, has controlled flow, is easy to clean, is durable, takes up little space, and has a nice design.
The hot coffee is very good, but this also depends on the quality of the capsule.
We have made cold coffee a few times and it was okay.
On the negative side: it makes quite a bit of noise.

First of all, the machine makes very good coffee, which is obvious that it cannot be of the same quality as a coffee maker worth thousands of euros, which uses reverse osmosis water, regulated salt quantity, regulated temperature, etc.
You can and SHOULD program the button with the small cup to dispense the amount you want to have a proper 40ml coffee.
The only problem I encountered was with a specific brand of capsules that did not fit properly in the slot (it has a specific tilt when inserted to puncture the capsule correctly).... I changed the brand of capsules and the problem was solved. I also changed several capsules until I found the taste I liked.
Very satisfied, it seems to have a durable and sturdy construction.

Used for 1 year with caution, meaning regular cleaning (using approximately 1 coffee/day).. the circuit board burned out and the cost of repair was as much as the entire machine! Given that the coffee it makes is mediocre, it's worth spending a little more to get something that will make better coffee and last longer
