Excellent purchase if I judge from the usage so far (chicken, fish, vegetables, burgers). Potatoes are also very good, obviously with a slight decrease in taste compared to the real thing. I would suggest not using kitchen paper - it blocks the airflow from underneath, resulting in significantly delayed cooking, while the bin will get dirty from splatters, etc. For cleanliness, apart from the dishwasher if it doesn't suit you, I put a little water with detergent for 5' at 120° and cleaning is done!

  The numerous positive reviews are unjustified; the device has many problems. The grill loses its non-stick properties after 2-3 uses and is very difficult to clean, even with boiling water, soaking, and scrubbing. The bowl also has a leak from the front where the glass is, resulting in juices from the food running out if you tilt it a bit more as you lift it, causing fats and liquids to spill out. The plastic has also cracked in less than 3 months of use. The cooking times are generally longer than what is stated. The water tank does help make the meats softer, but it prevents them from getting color, so we almost never use it. The large bowl is also not useful because you only gain height - which means it only serves if you want to put in a whole chicken. Anything else needs to be placed in a single layer to cook, making the extra height practically useless and complicating handling when trying to turn the food. If you want to cook 4 servings of vegetables, you will need two half-hour cooking sessions, which is the same time the oven would take, and without much difference in consumption. If you want an air fryer, it's better to spend a few more euros and get a more quality model, with width capacity and not height. I don't know how much better it can cook, but it certainly won't give you as much trouble with cleaning or quantities.

  My daughter got it for me about a month ago. It's amazing, I cook everything very quickly. I like that it sprays water and makes the meat juicy. The wifi connection is very easy.   I have it to grill meats, and to (re)heat foods that shouldn't go in the microwave (e.g., vegetables, pasta, pastries), but despite the 40 years I have in technology, the terrible WiFi and mobile app it has never worked because it is really designed by amateurs and more complicated to set up than a spaceship (and I am a computer/software engineer), while this container on top that is supposed to spray water to keep the meats juicy does nothing. The preset options for different foods do nothing more than have standard temperatures for amateurs. It has NEVER cooked anything in the time they say, usually taking 50% more or even double, even with a small volume of food. It would be better if it just had 2 analog switches like classic ovens for temperature intensity and cooking time/duration. Many useless bells and whistles for nothing and below-average UI/UX. It washes easily, but the non-stick coating is nothing special. For the same money, there are many better and more user-friendly options.
