I bought it in 11/2023 and it lasted 1 year. It is very convenient for homes that don't have many obstacles and it really does a good job using the Xiaomi Home app. The 1 star because the vacuum after 1 year had a "stroke" - it couldn't find its dock or be reprogrammed. Communication with RoidMi started 3 months ago and there has been no resolution. I do not recommend it for any reason and probably no product from RoidMi if they have such poor After Sale.

I have had it for about 1 month and so far I am very satisfied. With white tiles and 2 children, I had to sweep every day. Now someone else does the job. I give it a break on weekends to sweep with a traditional broom as it doesn't fit in the dining room or other difficult areas where I have placed "forbidden" signs to avoid unnecessary strain. I have simple carpets, so it cleans everything easily. I only lift the bathroom mats that are light and it moves them. I haven't tried mopping yet because of the carpets. It usually cleans on the second-to-last step, so it cleans the whole house, approximately 120 sqm. I don't think the battery will reach the last and strongest step.

I had installed the vacuum's app and it gave me a hard time. I switched to the Xiaomi Home app and I relaxed.

The most important thing is that the kids get excited when it enters their rooms, so they pick up all their toys from the floor! Happy mom!

UPDATE: Only with Mi Home, the roidmi application is currently very problematic.
There is no way to reset the factory settings of the vacuum cleaner. The reset by pressing both buttons is only for network reset.
Consumables and bags are not available in Greece, so you have to buy them from abroad.

I have had it for a few days, I will comment on the experience so far.
-The ROIDMI application is very bad. Sometimes it does not open. Other times the map of the house does not load. Some functions do not work. For example, there is a button to select a rectangular area on the map for the vacuum cleaner to clean. This function freezes the application. So it does not work.
-The activation and connection instructions are satisfactory. There are no instructions for the application.
-Setting up the vacuum cleaner takes quite a while until it is ready to clean on its own.
-The vacuum cleaner takes a quick tour of the house the first time to map it. The mapping improves each time it cleans. The map created is divided into rooms with relatively good accuracy. You can edit it. Specifically: you can merge neighboring rooms, you can divide a room into smaller virtual rooms, you can add virtual walls, define areas where you do not want the vacuum cleaner to go, etc.
-The main problem I encountered was with the balcony doors. The vacuum cleaner reads the space through the glass, so it tries to go outside. The solution is to add virtual walls to all balcony doors.
-Another problem was when it got stuck under a sofa (and had a reset...). Same solution, virtual wall.
-Depending on the application you use, another problem is that the device's time is GTM +8, so you have to change it before setting cleaning programs because they will happen 6 hours earlier. The device's time setting is lost under unknown conditions. A general solution is to leave the time as it is and simply set the program 6 hours later, so if you want it to clean at 10:00, set it for 16:00.
-If the house does not have rugs with tassels, fringes, curtains that reach the floor, cables on the floor, or anything else that can get tangled, then you are probably fine.
-In general, it almost always finds a solution to overcome the obstacles it encounters.
-Light objects without adhesion (rugs, flip-flops), are likely to be swept by the vacuum cleaner.
-It cannot suck up crumbs from under the carpet (like many vacuums), but if they are on the surface, it will suck them up.
-Every time it returns to the base, it empties its contents. Hairs, dust for sure. Maybe some small crumbs remain inside.
-It has a remote control in the application, so you can operate it as you wish, like a remote-controlled device.
-Once a month, there will always be some problem. Either it has not been placed properly in the base, or for some reason the LED has turned yellow and needs to be turned off and on again.
-As the Unboxing Specialist has said, you can empty the bag as much as you can, so you don't have to bother finding bags.

Okay, what can I say. You leave, you say when I come back to have cleaned and mopped, and it does it. Very good thing that I did not expect. Okay, it doesn't have the power like a 2000w power vacuum cleaner, but it does the job just fine. As for carpets, it's also fine, it doesn't go on carpets with long fluffy hairs because the hairs get tangled in the wheels and it gets stuck. But for everything else, it's just fine.
