If you want them for posture, you will be wasting your money. I got them for my job and I couldn't last the 8 hours, my feet were killing me. I went back to my Mizuno shoes (wave inspire) and I would come home feeling refreshed. I conclude that they are the best for posture. I believe that Hoka shoes (at least these ones) are for running, as for the size, I got 1 size bigger.
