The coffee maker is pretty good, but the dealership and the spare parts, forget about it. I've been waiting for the new carafe for over 20 days and still nothing! Besides, it's very expensive. Very satisfied. However, be careful with the glass pitcher. It breaks easily. The new one costs €20 if you break it. Just like we did.. Other than that, it makes good coffee, is fast, and the removable water tank is also convenient.

Excellent for the price. Very good scent. A useful detail is the automatic shut-off as well as the removable filter holder. In terms of noise, it's probably a classic case of a coffee maker that doesn't disturb and has a fairly quick brewing time.
Although I haven't had it for long, it is truly excellent. It makes coffee very quickly and tasty, although that depends on the coffee maker. It is all plastic, with just one on/off switch, and it does lose a few drops despite having the "special" tip, but I don't have an issue with that. As for how long it will last, time will tell. But again, it will definitely need some maintenance for descaling since the water isn't of great quality
Very decent! It makes nice coffee without much noise. A little caution with the carafe, as with all glassware. It needs to cool down completely to be washed without breaking from the large temperature changes.

On the very positive side, the extremely fast preparation of the coffee. It automatically adjusts the flow of hot water so that the coffee doesn't become "washed out."
On the negative side for me is the new technology of these devices where automatic shut-off is standard.
Very good choice for its price, elegant and quality construction. It does not produce a lot of steam and does not cause intense noise. It makes nice aromatic coffee and quite quickly. It has a large capacity so it also serves for making a large quantity of coffee. Easy to use due to the dual doser (carafe and water tank). The water tank is also removable so it can be washed when needed and it is definitely easier to add water for coffee preparation. The filter holder is also removable and washable. The carafe is washed after it cools down (at least 5 minutes after use). It does turn off after 40 minutes for safety reasons and does not drip in case the carafe is removed. Personally, I use bottled water so I don't need frequent descaling, preventively 1 tablet every 2 months keeps it in excellent condition. I highly recommend it!
