Completely useless. Whether I bought it or not, it was the same thing. And I am athletic with a good metabolism. It did NOTHING, I threw forty euros down the drain.

Useless really. Unless it works proportionally on various organisms. It didn't help me with anything. I didn't see any difference. I felt like I wasted my money.

I am 55 years old, 1.60 meters tall, and weigh 76 kilograms. I want to lose 8 kilograms, so I bought this product to help with weight loss as it promises. I have limited fatty foods and sugar to a minimum and have started moderate exercise three times a week. I expected to lose 2 kilograms in the month that I have been taking it and continue using it. Result: 0. Not even a gram less. Maybe I will continue taking it for another month to see if it starts working... but it is very expensive.

After 2 weeks of use, following the dietary advice included in the booklet of the product and without exercise, the scale shows -2.4 kg. I will continue using it by adding exercise as well...

My latest attempt to trust a weight loss product, if you are reading this now, leave the supplements and start exercising and following a diet from a trusted nutritionist... every beginning is difficult but since I started moving, I lost my excess weight, to be precise -8 kilograms now, don't waste your money on something that could be spent on proper food.

Waste of money, it doesn't help at all, even with careful diet it doesn't do any of the things it promises.

Excellent results in combination with a balanced diet and exercise. With a protein diet and walking 4 km a day, I lost 17 kilograms in two months.

I am 1.75 meters tall and I weighed 64 kilograms when I started using it. I wanted to lose 2-4 kilograms and I decided to get it to help me because my weight had plateaued. However, it not only didn't suppress my appetite, but it actually increased it. I have been taking it for 11 days, and I have lost 2 kilos. I am watching my diet a little bit. You feel bloated and like you are burning calories, and you don't feel as hungry. Also, even though the scale shows that I have lost 2 kilos, it looks like more. Especially in the stomach and waist. You lose inches. Some days I only took the two pills. I will buy it again!!

They kill your appetite and you eat half a portion! Also, you realize that there are burns because you swell up!

I take it in combination with a protein diet and despite my minor complaints, I think it works. However, it requires changes in diet... In two weeks, I gained 4 kilograms.
