If I could, I would give zero stars. Useless and unacceptable jack. It was purchased to lift a 1750kg car. I doubt it can even lift 100kg, even though it claims to lift 2 tons... As soon as it encounters resistance from the weight of the car, the rotation of the handle becomes impossible. I used another handle as a makeshift solution, but it is impossible to lift the wheel off the ground even by an inch. The same difficulty is encountered when lowering the jack. Unfortunately, roadside assistance had to be called for a simple spare tire change. Money wasted and a lot of inconvenience for nothing.
