Set of 3 different Loop bands ideal for glute and thigh exercises. All 3 bands have the same circumference of 76 centimeters and width of 8 centimeters (76cm x 8cm) but have different density, which determines their resistance level:

  • Green = Light, maximum resistance of 15 kilograms.
  • Pink = Medium, maximum resistance of 25 kilograms.
  • Purple = Heavy, maximum resistance of 35 kilograms.

They are suitable for a variety of workouts such as crossfit, yoga, pilates, strength training. All you have to do is adjust the intensity of the workout to your needs. They have three levels of resistance: light, medium, and heavy. They also have an internal anti-slip strip. They are convenient and easy to use.
