Ways to Preserve Wood Quality

• Do not use the dishwasher.
• Before first use, clean with warm water (65°C) and liquid soap and rinse with plenty of water.
• After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well, and dry to prevent the wood from staying wet for too long.
• After rinsing, place it in an upright position and store it once it is fully dry.
• Regular application of olive oil for extra care. Apply and leave it overnight to absorb.
• Vinegar naturally disinfects the wood.
• For frequent disinfection, we recommend placing the wood at 65°C for a few minutes (e.g., in an oven fan).
