However, it is very bulky and did not please me, it is for tall people, that's why it says XL, you sit and the machine goes above you, (a support is necessary to be able to support it) but when I had spoken before ordering it and asked why XL, the girl didn't know how to answer. External build quality is good.

I will start with the disadvantages. Or at least with those that will make things difficult. Due to its size, it will inconvenience you. It is not a small device, on the contrary, it is large in size. While this may mean that it will work on a larger surface area, it still makes it difficult even to lift. It weighs 6 kilograms, so you will need a comfortable armchair to use it, otherwise I find it hard to believe that you will be able to do your job. It has a very large back, and again, to some extent, this is good, but it is one of those purchases where you win in some aspects and lose in others. If you are willing to have a large volume in your space that you may not know where to store afterwards, go ahead. I am forced to keep it permanently on a chair. Given that it is used frequently, it must necessarily be in a position where you have access to it daily, or at least often.

If you have no problem with all of the above and the only thing that concerns you is whether it will relax you, the answer is yes. It seems sturdy, and I want to believe that it will withstand the test of time. It does its job diligently, and it has many alternatives for massage. I am confident that you will be satisfied.

For months now, the device had started to malfunction. It would stop every minute and you had to press it to make it work again. The purchase was made from a seller with a two-year warranty. This seller closed down. The phone call with the representative was that they would not take responsibility for the repair, even though it hadn't been two years yet, as this seller did not cooperate with the parent company and recognized the product as parallel trade. As a result, the 199 euros it cost back then ended up being wasted.

If you ask me now if I plan to buy it again from an official representative, the answer is clearly no. The storage was already a bit problematic. But there was no way I would spend the same amount of money for a product that only lasts until the warranty expires. Even at the representative I went to, they told me that it is meant for one hour of use per day and it is reasonable for it to have some issues within two years. I also note that the cost of repairing it would be as much as buying a new one.

Definitely a product that will provide pleasure and relaxation! It's not a massage chair of course, but it doesn't cost that much money either. For the price, around 300 euros, it is satisfactory. After a neck or back strain, I used it and it helped me. Just be careful before you use it for the first time to remove the safety valve. If you don't do it, it can cause damage that is not covered by the warranty...
