I have several of these sprays. Especially the emergency one, as soon as I feel anxious or I don't have enough breath from stress, 3 sprays on the tongue and in five minutes it relieves. I also combine it with another one that I take every morning

I didn't understand anything at all. It seems more like self-submission that the condition improves rather than the medication helping. I don't know, maybe it works for others, but I saw 0 improvement...
