I have tried it with ice-cold water 750 ml and it keeps it cool for about 6-7 consecutive hours of outdoor work at temperatures ranging from 34 to 38 degrees. In the middle compartment, a comfortably fits a 6.8-inch phone and still has room for, e.g., wipes, etc. It also has a smaller pocket where you can put keys or some small sprays. It can be worn on the shoulder, can be threaded through the belt of the pants, or you can hold it in your hand.
